If you are not completely satisfied with your setup, our team is here to help you coordinate a smooth return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all panels, linkers, and power supplies.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
